Hertford is most definately one of the most middle class towns in hertfordshite. <br /> to be quite honest, there arnt many Chavs around, they normally hang aound in packs, surrounding a scooter with neon lights. The best place you can go chav spottig is the corn exchange on a friday and saturday, night, great place for a fight, all the little 15yrold chavs are up for a fight its wicked haha.
