Doncaster is the capital chavtown in South Yorkshire. It has unique villages surrounding it – all breeding grounds for all the nob-eds, scrotes, chavettes, etc, and all the other scum in Doncaster.
Bentley is the biggest village in Doncaster. It is an ex-mining village that is in desperate need of re-generation and is pretty homophobic and racist. Driving around Bentley is like a safari because everywhere you go chavs and chavettes are all over the place getting upto allsorts. Even on the shockingly disgusting buses (63) that are provided there are chavs, gypos, etc everywhere. Because of large chav and teenage pregnancy numbers the buses run every 5 mins. As Bentley is a big village people have divided it into 3 sections New Village, Magnet estate and the infamous West end.
Bentley has all the facilities a young chav needs to mess up his life. A train station to wreck – which is used by young kids for BMX’ing, smoking and trespassing on trainlines. The bike trail is also a popular place for chavs to illegally ride off road bikes. Getting a scooter will also get the Bentley chav huge cred (until it gets nicked or taken away by cops)
A shop called Londis that provides underage kids with VK, carling and smirnoff, which is a popular hangout for 15 year old chavs/chavettes. Bentley is also infested with take-aways so the chav cannot moan about being hungry. About 5 chinese takeaways, over 6 ‘chippys’, 2 pizza takeaways, 2 cafes etc. The result of all the food is the whole of Bentley being unhealthy ‘twats’.
Bentley doesn’t really come alive until weekends and nights when all the chavs have nothing to do except eat, take drugs, show off burberry and rings, cheat on girlfriend/wife for cheap slappers and shout at pregnant girlfriend. The local pubs are great if you want a fight with these chavs and to play snooker and darts. Usually all the Teens at night get pissed on fields (New Village school field and at the back of the Allotments) or risk going into town (only chavettes sometimes get into clubs without ID).
Chavs can also emigrate out of Bentley pretty easy and cause havoc in other parts of Doncaster (nearby Adwick, scawthorpe) or even in Leeds or Sheffield because of the train station.
The chavettes in Bentley usually wear Londsdale shirts and white tracksuits, there are also loads of ‘Kappa-slappers’. They are worse drinkers than the male chavs. Chavettes in Doncaster can easily down 4 bottles of WKD in 6 mins. Doncaster girls also have a bad rep for being scruffy cows. Please for gods sake use a Condom in Doncaster, or better yet – no one nighters in Doncaster.
Try and avoid Bentley when going to Doncaster.

im from Bentley f**k face and that story is totaly wrong and out of order……please remove!!
well this has give me some fun reading through all the comments. I bought my house here not really knowing the area just going from reports like urban regen etc. I have found alot of negatives in the area. Primarily the groups of youths, they travel round in groups abusing passers by, openly buying-selling drugs, the local police even drove past and did nothing. Tried to report this once or twice but nothing changed. Kids have no respect for peoples property using neighbours cars to bounce there balls of off.
Bin day is always fun 50% chance it will be stolen even with your address covering it.
Multiple occasions people have been found trying to get in to the back garden, nothing there to steal other then the drain lid.
In the local tesco’s i have witnessed kids shoplifting openly the staff just said they cannot do anything about it.
There are some benefits, the local bakers butchers are ran by nice locals alot of the older residence are polite.
Needless to say its not been a nice experience. Even reading peoples comments the people getting offended and threatening him only proves his point.
Best solution would be a biological weapons test given the specimens walking around Doncaster town centre this morning. Doncaster used to be a proud, industrial town that built things like steam locomotives and had decent folk living and working here. Now it is a holding centre for drop outs, drug addicts, illegal immigrants and scroungers.
Please remove my email address from your site and this post. I have the right to ask and you must remove under the data protection act, failure to do so will result in legal action.
everyones entitled to their own opinion but if your insecure enough about where you live it doesnt mean you have to take the piss out of where other people live. i live in the west end area and ill tell you what i dont see all the burberry lonsdale wearing chavs your making out. i live next to the field near west end and i dont see loads of chavs going on a bender every night. unless your from bentley you dont know what its like so grow up. if you want rough areas look at other places in doncaster they are well worse. and sure lots of people are ex miners. whats the problem if that was the only income they could get then what are you to say they are useless and chavs.
I too grew up in Bentley and this is a pretty fair description. To Lee who said he got a good education there, I can only assume you didn’t go to Don Valley..perhaps you got the bus to Donny grammar. What amazes me most is the total lack of understanding of humor from most of the comments. As the guy says at Bentley aint Toll Bar and at least Doncatraz aint Rotherham. Every cloud.
I am from Bentley and though we have quite a few chavs around I’m sure it’s no more than any other place with a similar history regarding the lack of jobs/money etc. To tar an area as you have just shows a lack of understanding that everybody who is unemployed are not the same, everyone who is rich are not lovely well educated people all people are a mix wherever they live whether they are employed or unemployed. And i find it laughable that you slag our village off put don’t put which wonderful part of the world you inhabit just so i can give it a miss because obviously everyone who lives there is a bigot like you. (Well according to the way you think)
ur a proper mug who ever wrote this who do u think u are slagging our village off fukin grow up and get a life wots up wiv ant u got a job and on the dole u freak i wud love to see ur area u smug c**t and as for zoos i see ya mam everyday the gorilla !!!!!
Full of slags
i live in bentley and no one is chavy or anything:S you w**ker:L!
How about s**t face who wrote this…. we come round yours…. smash your f**king teeth down your f**king throat and then slag your village off. theres f**k all wrong with bentley. i grew up there and it was a decent area. well better than toll bar! i suggest u remove this comment b4 some1 does u some damage!
I was born in Doncaster and had a good childhood growing up in bentley. I had a good education in Bentley which has stood me in good stead in my adult life. I have two children of my own now and often take them back to Donny to see their relatives as they love the atmosphere and friendliness of Doncaster.
My family were all ex miners from Bentley and most of them still live there. Every community has it’s problems caused by unemployment and educational issues, Bentley is not unique. I now live in Oxfordshire and believe me there are far worse places around where i live than Bentley.
People need help and encouragement to change their lives and communities not narrow minded comments and abuse.
i am proud of my roots, so should we all. Never forget where you came from as it made you who you are today.
I dont fully agree with these comments, I think Bentley has its benefits, for one there is no really good zoos around the yorkshire area. Having Bentley only 10 mins from my house I regularly like to drive through Bentley and admire the animals living there, all sorts of different varities: ginger chequred monkeys with caps on, white stripy long haired cider sippers, old tattoed gorrilas with no teeth its really interesting. Another big benfit is i can take my kids there and educate them on what can happen to you if you dont put anything into life. BEWARE though like a drive through zoo always keep your doors locked and your windows up to keep the filthy beast’s out!
how about…. dont drive through bentley. arsehole
Thats wicked mate, laughed for ages!
I lived in bentley for 17 agonizing years, and i completely agree with everything you say. This made me laugh
LISTEN … i live in bentley and i’m 13 i hardley every see chavs and i cruse roung in my bike all over and i see maybe one chav. i see lots of outher dodge people like smack heads and piss heads but i don’t see people ” wlkin rand in da burbary hats n tht, wi can o steller , squatin in sum consil house cos the bin kiked out bi da mums n dat .tukin ther sockz in 2 ther trackies m8 .TOLLBAR is worst . i BET people from “CHAVY BENTLEY” would love to KNOCK THE **** OUT OF YOU .so don’t like the village . dont like the people . don’t think about it . people dont just wake up and think ” ooooh what can i do to day mmm…. i know lets slag off bentley : ) t0SeR whats that ? you dont mension where your from because you know that your town has bad aspects too ? do’nt tell me you live some were nice with no bad aspects cos i can smell something ~sniff sniff~ BULL CRAP
I cannot believe the complete ignorance displayed on this website. I agree some comments do not demonstrate SOME of the locals well but it sure does indicate the passion people should have about where they are from. I was born and bred in Bentley and spent a fantastic childhood there. The community, my friends and my family are the most wonderful you would meet anywhere and I would challenge anyone to prove me wrong. I have lived in two other cities whilst studying for my undergrad and post grad degrees and have yet to meet a group of people who are as hardworking, down to earth and genuinely care about one another. Yes bad things happen but trust me, bentley is not the epitomy of the worst that Britain has. It is just part of society – a very sad part. If you are from Doncaster you will all know the bad press we have received in recent years that has affected the whole town. Start to be proud of where you are from instead of spending your time bringing down people and communities you know nothing of. And yes Devvo we do have intelligence in Bentley – you however may need to consider your own spelling and use of apostrophes. What do they say about people in glass houses?
‘devvo’ talking of glass houses i really believe you shouldn’t comment on spelling when you clearly cannot spell definitely!!!!!!!
Bentley is no worse or better than other villages around Doncaster. Every village has got there bad parts.I live in the West End area , my family live here they are hard working people not chavs!! No one seems to be saying which village they are from ? Maybe got nothing better to do or embarrassed.
i live in bentley and have done for 5 years and it pains me to hear all these negative comments. i was born and bred in Donny and although yeah theres some horrible peeople that live here who dont care for nothing or no one i know many people in the area who are really nice clean people. i work and own my own house and really down to earth and fing it hugley embarassing to read such stupid comments about where i live. i have a 2 year old and hopw he grows up to be a good young man and not go aroung making offensive comments on websites. Every city and town have bad places but youll always find some good folk!!
im from doncaster too but not quite bently one of the villages near.
I pass through quite a lot and one of my relatives lives there too so im familiar with the place, and as far as i can say your a little over the top with the total branding of everyone, but there is a large margin of the younger people there who are dickheads and chavs all you have to remember its not everyone
Besides you get that in all villages towns and citys even if it is a bit more exrteme there just lay off of it a little? It doesnt help that doncaster council is a complete mess and hasnt helped the town in any way yet.
I was brought up in Bentley and I love the place. I have the ability to filter out the bad parts. Yes, it does have them but so does any village. On the whole, Bentley is a busy and important part of Doncasters economy. The pit closures made it difficult for local villages to keep their heads above water but I think Bentley has really achieved great things over the last few years. I really believe in freedom of speech so if you really don’t like the village, that’s fine, just stay away.
Tell me the name of your village, I’ll bet I can find all the negative aspects of it if I wanted to.
Unfortunately, I have better, more constructive things to spend my time on. Like promoting my Village!
