From beyond the city walls, chester appears to be a quaint pseudo tudor city. however, as you venture deeper into the heart of chester you pass Maccy-Ds, a bus stop, not to mention numerous shop doorways. here we find (in true david attenborough style!) the natural lurking ground of the city chav! a full range of the chav species is available for inspection in chester: those younger chavs who still haven’t malted out of their first set of burberry, right upto the fully grown adult chav resplendant in blue/red/green burberry…get me gun, its time to go a-huntin!
If it weren’t for these chavs, bikes wouldn’t get stolen, stella would have a good reputation, and the honest hoody would still be allowed in many pubs! however, the chester chav has probably contributed more than most to the rise of the chav culture: since when, ever has a twat in a burberry baseball cap lurkin in debenhams doorway been intimidating?

I’ve been living in Chester for over a year now and I have barely seen any chavs since I’ve been here. I’ve been to all the so-called ‘rough’ areas around here (even at night) and I still barely saw any and the few that I did see didn’t even bother me or my friends.
Trust me Chester is one of the few good places to live in this country. The town were I used to live the chavs were the majority; it was runned down, couldn’t be an individual without some chav threatening to beat you up, couldn’t go a month without the police helicopter being used at night, a lot of stabbings et cetera. >_>

CHESTER…it may seem posh in the walls but venture 2.5 miles outside into Blacon and its other estates then u rly find the natural home of a chav! blacons englands 3rd biggest council estate nd with 44.000 people surely there must be atleast a chav there! so u venture into the poor district with the rows and rows of semi detached scum houses! lived there all my life and compared to deeside its a bloodbath!

I never knew a Chav could speak Latvian. Anyway, as a proud Cestrian, I have to say that Chester is not that bad for those studying Chavology. Certainly in comparison to outlying areas like Blacon and Saughall, or areas nearer the Welsh border. As for the little gobshites on the Rows, when a rake thin 5 ft 6in orc in an Oxfam endorsed stripy top gawks at you, twat the prick, its a tried and tested method. As for McDonalds, that is a mecca for the Chav anywhere, such is the filth the store peddles, should really be McIslam (soon to be released in Iraq). But on the whole Chester is really not that bad at all, lovely place to take the girlfriend.
