Maldon and heybridge, two joint towns, when people first see these towns, they think its a nice, peacefull place. they couldnt be more wrong. it is actually a degenerating s**thole, overrun with chavs. so lets start with maldon. the bigger of the two towns, top chav hangouts:
West Maldon community centre:
on a friday night this place attracts hundreds of chavs that hang around smoking weed, drinking their alcholic mixtures in coke bottles (and the police never even notice!), trying to fight, vandalising anything they see and f**king the many ugly chavettes.
The Square:
the name given by the chavs to the large courtyard in the middle of a run down council flat estate. not so many chavs hang around here any more but its still not a place youd want to walk through. if you are foolish enough to leave your car here, dont be suprised when you come back and find it smashed up. the flats house numerous drug dealers and generly people you dont really want to get on the wrong side of.
The promenade:
many chavs hang out here, drinking, smoking, and tearing around on their mini motos. they graffiti the rain shelters and playground, they hang around the crap skate park stopping any skaters from getting near it.
Cherry Garden road:
few chavs hang around here, but there are some real nasty and dangerous people that live here, the houses are crap and is the closest maldon has to a ghetto. a few years ago the chavs that live there ran riot after this popular boy who lived there was killed in a scooter accident. they were smashing cars, tipping over vans and beating up anyone who got in their way which made it a dangerous place to be.
now for heybridge, smaller and poorer than most of maldon and so many chavs its unbelievable. top chav places include:
Tescos, mcdonalds and park:
all close together. boy racers try to look hard by driving fast around tescos carpark in their crap hatchbacks. mcdonalds is just 500 metres away, never by any food from there cos only chavs work in there. the park is just across a canal from tescos. its brand new and already chavs are ruining it, broken beer bottles and spliff ends all over the place.
bentalls shopping centre:
a crap shopping centre with a chavy sports shop, and nettos. at night loads of chavs hang around here doing nothing, smashing up the bus shelter or chasing anyone who even looks at them. they seem to like hanging around nettos most for some strange reason.
plantation hall:
you will see them all sitting on the grass in a circle getting stoned, and climbing on the climbing frames and falling off looking like twats. dont ever get into a fight here or you will have ever chav there on you.
Bovis Estate
Probably the poorest area in heybridge, lots of council houses, and scummy flats. a rough place, home to all the worst chavs in heybridge, most of them are on weed, crack or smack. at midnight all the street lights go out to save energy, if you walk around the estate on your own at this time, lets just say youd be more safe in Iraq than here.
both towns are getting worse, but the good thing is there are plenty of people that hate chavs in maldon and heybridge to sort them out. together we can destroy the chav scum.
I live on the bovis estate you just slated, I am nether poor or on drugs or an alcohol drinker, I like where I live and where ever you live there are always some bad people, I am truly offended by your comments, maldon and hey bridge have bad points but so does everywhere else

I don’t think you have a real grasp on life at all “geezer” you are so far from your namesake it’s unbelievable if in fact you are an actual “geezer”. I hate Maldon and managed to move, the whole problem with Maldon are the Maldonians, inbreds the whole lot, the 8 year olds are worse than the 18 year olds and hide behind the protection of ‘you can’t touch me I’m only 8!’ I can wait till your 16 you obnoxious brat with the vile chav prozzie mother! When I moved they were waiting for you at senior school for some payback, not so much fun being the little fish in the big pond of scum! Their whole reason for being is to smash and destroy and pick on those unable to defend themselves, and when you do defend yourself the useless police force has more in common with the chavscum than the people they should be protecting!

I have the remedy to rid Maldon/Heybridge of it’s chavscum elements, enforced sterilisation, chavscum only begets more chavscum and so perpetuating the species, sterisation is the only cure, and in a generation, viola, no more chavscum, and Maldon?heybridge would once again be a decent place to live!
Where I live now the chavscum are about 3 years behind the Maldon/Heybridge/Essex chavscum, but they have mastered the benefit fiddles, but at the moment are still in junior school as regards smashing and destroying!
If you hadn’t written about this s**thole I certainly would, and i feel for the few decent people/friends that I have in Cherry Garden Road and the other hell-hole Fitches Crescent, may god help you all, get out, I did!

Sounds to me a bit more like somebody has a very prejudice view of the underprivileged, the Bovis and Cherry Gardens and the square may have people who don’t have much money living there, but this doesn’t make them dangerous, i walk through these places all the time at all times of night and have friends living in these areas and none of us have had any trouble. as for the people getting drunk and stoned in fields…the majority do not vandalise..some do as they would anywhere but look around…Maldon looks pretty un-smashed!. these kids (of whom i unashamedly used to be one of) are just enjoying their youth. Maldon has one of the lowest crime rates in the country. So please…don’t be so ignorant. take a trip to some of the poorer areas of cities like London and Glasgow, even just down the road to certain areas of braintree if you want to see unsafe. And even then don’t think that YOU have the right to judge other people you know nothing about, some people don’t have the fortunate background you do.
