I live on the estate and have had no stop chavery all the way. The council has a policy of dumping low life scum bags next to normal people. They then wonder why they are inundated with no stop complaints and problems. A lot of these arseholes are from out of town or Scotland, transient drifters moved on by other authorities. Blackpool has become a dumping ground. Once the chavs have either been moved on or been evicted, this usually takes a year or more, they send out for replacement idiots.
