For many people wye may seem like a the perfect place to live quite in the day it has a coop firestation primary school a docters surgery dentist butchers three pubs and is also the location of the famous wife of bath restaurant and a university campus. So a lovely place maybe but it has a dark secret under its peacfull appearence one of these things being the grotty counsil estate little chequers(called little chavvers by myself) which the counsil conveniently hid behind the school row of housing and the park. In this vile hole live all kinds of filth. These people come out of the estate virtually every night drinking swearing loudly and fighting in the street and throwing beer cans and rocks at houses. They uashally make there way up to the bus stop opposite the coop next to the graveyard were they stay in a group of around 10 to15 of varying different ages. They are uashally there opposite my current flat until 12 or 1 in the morning smoking cannabis and drinking. Also several of them park ther s**tty cars there to. also peoples property is also going missing and vandalism happens atleast once a week. Also asides the local group of rowdy pikies car blast through wye at night at high speed. Also i forgot to mention there are peole on the estate selling drugs we no who you are so basically wye is a nice place in the day and a physical nightmare of drugs burglary drunkedness and ASB so DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the reason it is a s**thole now is because its near ashford most of the inbred pikes in the village were moved in council housing in churchfield way and the little chequers probly including the OP himself if he lives in those nasty flats
keep ourselves to ourselves? maybe we can now that stupid bus stop across the road has finally been removed after years of chavs hanging round there causing trouble into the early hours of the morning shouting abuse at passers by. Also the person below are you aware two of my freinds have been burgled whilst living here, care to explain that? and one of them had 2 idiots in a red car drive past him yelling racist abuse at him just because he is part jamaican,and to top it all off that same person returned 10 minutes later to shoot him with a bb gun because had he yelled “havent you got anything better to do” back at them. Its lucky that they have remoed the bus stop now and everyone on churchfield way can finnally get a good nights sleep…i was considering going down there with a cricket bat

Yeh this guy is to right i am living there for a whilst i am at uni in canterbury and have had somone throw a rick through my car window followed by a shoddy failed attempt to steal my car radio i have also been abused by the local chav/gypsey scum on several occassions for no reason other than i happen to be walking up and was not dressed like a tramp i suppose i have reported them to the police 3 times over the last two months dont see anything being done though
This person is right, couple of times when iv been going home in canterbury the bus goes through wye and its ever when we come up to the co-op or go towards the primary school all the pikeys throw rocks, flowers or shoot the bus with their s**tty, pathetic toy catapults

i live in wye and its like baghdhad all over again fights endin up in hospital every night i have sticks and stones thrown at my door peole runnin threw my fences settin fireworks off rolling cars pikeys with loud music outside my flat playing ghetts/ghetto in there s**tty cars even though i havent got a car myself someone stop this or i will go on a rampage in my flats next to the coop where i live and always stand outside and have a fag so look for me next time you think to play loud ghetts music you pikey c**ts especially you law….

Sounds no worse than your average council estate to me. I’ve lived in Doncaster and London. I’ve been around kent many times, and I can honestly say it’s the safest place I’ve ever been.
