I grew up in Wellington, a market town in Telford. Telford is really a tale of two cities (or new towns in this case). On the one hand, you have some of the most amazing sites I have ever been. Wellington sits nestled at the base of the wrekin…a place of genuine historic interest as the primary seat of the corvonii tribe and once, quite possibly, the grounds where they fell to the brutal roman empire. You have the ironbridge…the birthplace of industry, where you can find little gems such as Blists Hill…a working victorian village, boasting a real ale public house, a traditional chip shop and a metal works and so much more. From an outsiders perspective, Telford should really appeal to anyone with an interest in history and beauty. But then there is the other side to Telford…the fact that it is a new town, as has been mentioned above, makes it all the more easier to drown in social depravity. Having lived here for several years, I know what the younger generation are like (I’m only 25 but there really is a massive gap between age here). I have been jumped, spat at, had stones thrown at me, driven at by some idiot in his “souped up” vauxhall nova…and I have never done anything to warrant such behaviour. The dregs of humanity that you see standing outside the spar shops in various districts (Arleston being the worst offender in my mind), for instance, really are a stain on what was once, and could be again, quite a charming, beautiful area. to conclude, it is pretty safe to say that Telford is indeed a chav town…but once you can ignore the illiterate, alcoholic youth around here, you will see it is actually quite pleasant.

I am addressing both the chav towns of West Bromwhich and Wednesbury as I live on the border of both.<

Well as a current 15 year old living in and trying to recieve education in this shithole i can honestly say my school is absoutlutley infested with chavs- even the top sets which i am in.

I honestly pray for a chav holocaust every night my only way through the nightmare of the chav pre-evolved subspeices is the glory of rock/metal and trying to set myself as far apart from them as possible, for example: i even changed my accent towards this end.

you can not leave your house without some c**t who seems to think he hails from jaimaica giving you a funny look for not conforming to the elegant tracksuit c**t look- or for simply using proper english and not using the word”fookin” after every statement. 

The young chavlings are the worst i honestly had a few of the scruffy llittle shits try to steal a recycling bin- yeah a bin, i know right. If there nogt sitting on a wall insulting passers-by who actually have lives, responsibilities and commitments they seem to take pleasure at riding a moterbike up and down pathways as opposed to actual roads.

And dont get me started on the minority of chavs who are actually employed because their attitude to customers is absoultutley horrendous, and would probably not be tolerated anywhere else in Europe or the United States.

The music they like is referred to as “dubstep” and is absoulute shit, just electronic noise quite franlky which they like to play aloud on buses and in classrooms even, imagine how distracring that is and yes they breed like rabbits, even at my current age of 15 with no financial way to support their offspring barring of course the hard working tax-payer.

The chavs of this town are corporate sheep with very low reading ages and no intellectual development.

It is without a doubt the most scenic and historically important place I have ever lived. It is also has the most moronic, cowardly, unethical Chav population I have ever had the displeasure to discover. Their behaviour is truly appalling and they get away with it. They wreck children’s play areas, terrorise shoppers and residents of Ludlow main town. Trawl through Ludlow at night looking for single victims. People who visit here would be amazed and truly disgusted to know what goes on in this town every single day and especially night. I have lived in some of the very worst places in Britain for violence and I have been shocked at the low and inhumane way these kids act towards other people. The think they are the new gangster culture and they are just a laughable bunch of silly children getting away with it because they are too young to be touched. If you visit Ludlow look out for them in the gutters, dark alleys, munchies pizza place, outside any supermarket or around the town. They travel in groups of anything from 6 to 36 and never fight alone or anyone who is their age. Catch one on their own and they plait their spindly legs and wish they had kept their previous nights pampers on.

Wolverhampton was voted 5th worst city in the world by the Lonely Planet guide which I think was being far to generous.

Wolverhampton is kinda like a sinking camper-van wedged into a sewage outlet, there is shit everywhere and its sinking fast. I think most people would agree that Wolverhampton makes death seems like a fun and happening activity, compared to the dreary reality of having to live in the stagnant shit hole.

Wolverhampton is not all that bad especially if your a chav or part of the multicultural mixing pot of failure and contempt,  its even a better place for those who simply don’t care if they wallow in their own muck of which they are plenty.  White folk should probably run for the hills and lock their doors as certain places are no go areas especially at night, unless you want to die never walk home alone at night.( If living here you probably want too, die that is.)

So my advice is if you ever get the option to move here you should first buy a gun(of which they are plenty, especially birmingham) and then proceed to shoot your self in the head, this would be a more pleasurable experience than having to spending even one day here.

If you cant afford nor find a gun ( Id be shocked if you cant) then Id simply walk into scotland’s late at night waveing any kind of cheap mobile phone you have available. This will attract all those undesirable`s like fly`s to shit in no time, hopefully figures crossed they will shoot or stab you for your troubles. If all else fails, you could always throw your self in front of a car, not that any of the locals would notice as half of them cant even drive nor pay any attention to the road.

I guess the main message of my post is :

AVOID WOLVERHAMPTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA`S AT ALL COSTS, AS IT WILL DESTROY YOUR SOUL.

It’s not actually a bad little town depends where you go. Any where near alfred gunn house flats is just a no go even when you walk past you know it’s just a dodgy area round there you can forever hear rubbish music coming from the scruffy flats. It made me laugh one time I was looking in the local paper and there was an advertisement selling ‘top class apartments’ what ones are they then. Basically those flats are just full of chavy families well when i say families i mean single mothers who possibly do not know who the father of their children is. Another area for the chavs is at the bottom of hadley street you can always find a group of young chavs standing outside in their bescott market tracksuits and their stupid woolly hats that cover just one ear and the back of their head. Right how on earth is that meant to keep your head warm with it lopsided and only covering one ear while having it perched on the back of your head and having it pointed up so you look like a cone head. Another chav hang out is by Causeway Green Road shops by the Wing Wah im forever getting asked to buy the little chavy 14 year olds a 10 pack of sterling superkings and a bottle of Frosty Jacks for them to take down to Ashes Road and set fires on the billies (some dirt track that has made some ramps and stuff like that). Pubs round langley are quite strict for underage drinkers apart from the Model but The Navigation it the place to find all the little 16 year old chavs drinking and the owner of The Navigation don’t even ask them for ID. Another pub like this is the Old Cross now about 6 years ago this used to be the best pub in the area but those owners have now moved on and the Old Cross has gone down hill these owners actually do ask for ID but even if the ID was in another language and was possibly made by the chavs themselves with their kids crayons they would accept it. The parks are the main places for these chavs to meet up and ‘get off their faces’ on their cheap cider and lager that they have asked some one to buy for them and they save enough money between them all for them to buy some blue rizla and save enough credit on their fones that they have possibly mugged off someone younger then them all so they can all put together to buy a bag of weed

All in all langley isnt a bad place to live but just keep away from Alfred Gunn house flats both langley park and barnford park on a night. And dont say yes to these chavvy kids begging you to go in the shop for them they will be more scared of you than you are then them.

So Stratford upon Avon is well known for being the town of Shakespeare. Copious amounts of money is spent making sure the tourists are catered for and it “looks nice”. What you dont see is the amount of homeless people with drug and alcohol problems. The coucil dont seem to mention this or actually make an effort to do anything about it, as it will make Stratford Upon Avons name look bad!

In 2005 – Trinity Mead was built – what a f**king shit hole! The estate looks nice, but has several council estates located throughout the new estate – meaning no escape from the scum! Gypsys have been housed there and paid up to 40k for the priviledge. There kids do not go to school and cause total chaos. Then you have the druggies, rapists and general scum. These go door to door on there little “Christie way and Betjamin road” mission, to sell drugs to each other. You will often have fire engines, ambulances, police out as thier is always a drama of some sort. These people tend to rise, walk into town and spend the day drinking bu the water fountain or by the river!

The other side of town – you have the other shit hole! Masons Road/Brookside Road, Meadow Road all by Bishopton school. As far as I am aware all of these flats and houses are council or stupidly brought from old council tenants who now rent it out to teh usual smack heads as there are no council properties left. There is a nice ( ha ha) local called the Squirrel – would be a nce pub if was in a different area, but full of the same people and old men who can barely stand. Drugs are everywhere on this estate too – all in all the only decent park is the chip shop – very good!

The town “looks nice” as it is the only place that the council money is spent on – got to keep revenues up!

All in all Stratford is a shit hole – I wouldnt want to live their and dread going there, all from past experiences and from having to bump into the usual rare breeds and junkies! Why anyone would waste thier money on visiting the place is beyond me!!

So this place – described as an old roman town is a chav and chavette city! It is divided into 2 stereotypes really. Council house and Privatly owned! The Council estate is situated right in the middle of the 2 better places. Alcester is all walkable – so you can get anywhere aslong as you are holding a puschair and holding a ciggy! Utter segregation is shown as the 3 secondary schools. The High school ( which now has cctv after recent teachers being beaten up and knives being taken into school) is at the top of the hill entering Alcester – its in a nice area. As you go down the hill – you have the council estate on the right ( The CONWAY  – which is absolutely scum of scummsville) The newest estate being Crooks Lane etc probably being the worst. This part of Alcester is full of people who dont work, smoke loads, have loads of kids and talk bollocks – there are also the crackheads which have caused alot of problems with local crime ( these kids are 16) – the alcoholics – who still get away with everything even after attempted murder and attacking a police office – yes he is still on the prowl in Alcester. You can find most of these people hanging around tescos express or round the back causing fires or writing grammaticaly incorrect graffiti!

St Benedicts is opposite Tescos express unfortunately – as its a nice school!  Alcester town is not dis0similar to Alcester as a whole. The same people out every night. 40 year olds, hanging around with 16yr olds, taking copious amounts of cocaine and weed before spending every single night in the pub. The pub owners know these people and so they can get away with being complete dicks and taking drugs in there premises. When the kickouts have happened – thier will usually be a huge fight in the middle of the town – which in the past has led to a murder and numerous glass/bottle injuries. At the back of the pubs is the wreck – which is used to smoke drugs for younger kids.

The whole entire place is a shitehole full of disgusting people. Drugs are spreading like anything – the youth have no consideration for anyone or anything in which there parents do not seem to care, everyone is in it together. I can say – they all know each others business and are inbread wankers!!

Once renowned for its prostitutes, Balsall Heath rose in prominance once more during 2005 when it became wrapped up in the vortex of Brum’s very own tornado.  A fundraising campaign was launched, not dissimilar to that for the recent Pakistan flood disaster, as it transpired that the vast majority of residents appeared to have no household insurance to rectify the damage.  Thankfully, liberally-minded Britons came to the rescue and bailed them out, along with a hefty grant from the city council (a quango was also set up to advise on how residents could protect against future ‘natural disasters’).

All very well, but one must ask: why bother?  Balsall Heath was never an affluent area, however, it appears that the hard working classes have long moved on.  Today, Balsall Heath resembles a shanty town; once grand buildings (civic and otherwise) have decayed and fallen into disrepair, whilst the shops flanking either side of the Moseley Road consist of a hotchpotch of cheap mobile phone dealers, tatty grocers and halal meat parlours, and neon lit fried food joints nestling in between sari dressmakers and asian gold jewellers.  Anything else is boarded up, though ‘activity’ goes on above – usually under the guise of ‘immigration solicitors’.

Driving through the area is advised; those who are respectably dressed are conspicuous by their absence, however, if it’s religious fundamentalism you’re after, you’ve come to the right place.  The liberal intelligentsia of Moseley who reside on the ‘frontline’, aka Park Hill, Augusta Road and Trafalgar Road, merely role their eyes in distain  over a glass of vintage Shiraz and send their offspring to independent schools, well away from from the horror that confronts them in their local establishments.

And if you thought daytime was bad enough, do not under any circumstances get out of your car at night.  This is when Moseley Road fills up with an ‘eclectic’ mix of locals, including bad boys racing up and down in brum brum go faster suburus and imprezzas, individually crafted from welded chassis complete with blacked out windows, neon headlamps and bass speakers whose raps and beats can be heard in China.

You have been warned!

Having grown up in this town, I can supply you with a fair account on the sad state of it today.

Rugby, as a town, is hardly a patch on how it apparently once was. Today, it’s filled with most of the filth ruining this country. If you can name it, Rugby Town has it. Spend a day in the town centre and you will experience it all. The sight of single teenage mothers, so called chavs and similar monstrosities is not uncommon, I can assure you. Be sure to avoid some areas of the town. In fact, make that most areas. No matter where you go, there are good and bad people. With the current reccesion, nothing has improved in Rugby at all, but I wouldn’t say it’s degraded further in the past ten years.

The majority of the news reported in our local newspapers, the Observer and the Advertiser, is generally bad. Drugs raids, murders, rape and other crimes are not a rare sight, and generally, these overshadow the better, nicer things that happen in the town. Speaking of crime, Rugby Police are hardly helpful if you are in trouble, and the bid officers, known locally as the Power Rangers, are laughed at by most of the town’s youth.

All in all, whilst it may have been a nice place 50 or so years ago, today it is hit and miss. In a way, much like modern day Britain.

This area really does surpass all expectation!  Unfortunately nothing appears to have changed since the last article was posted. 

Driving through the area (never walk), one is greeted by a deluge of under-age single mothers,  nethanderals, drug addled pixies and various other problem vermin.  Levels of educational attainment are rock bottom; a scant review of replies posted on the last review is testament to this.  There is almost a unique dialect spoken throughout the area, decipherable only from the high number of single syllable words used.   Various colloquialisms are copiously added to create a form of pigeon English that is without parallel in mainland U.K. and indeed much of the Commonwealth.

The area is clearly dominated by juvenile gangs; martyrs to a cause that people have neither the time nor inclination to care about.  Unfortunately the root cause of all of this is parental background – ignorance breeds ignorance.  The vast majority of children are being raised in dysfunctional families where there is either no father figure present, or the father is not in work and does not provide a positive role model.   Family breakdown prevails in Kitts Green and the Glebe like a cancerous growth, stiffling any hopes or ambitions that may otherwise be realised in the civilised world.

 The only solution?  Cut the benefits and kill the dependency culture.
